Summary0020017: MMA can't resume the current playing queue on Android Auto in some cases
DescriptionResuming MMA playback on Android Auto was fixed at 0019944, however there remains a case that is still unresolved. When tapping MMA in Android Auto after about 4 hours (presumably after MMA has shut down) after it was last used/connected, Android Auto will show a spinning orange ring animation in the middle of the screen. Navigation to artists, albums, etc works fine, but it's not possible to resume playback of what was playing before. It will still show "preparing playback service" notification on the phone. After starting playback on the phone, this problem goes away.

debug log: CSLPPFQFFS

MartinB suggested that this may be due to performance limitations of the user's phone/device, however, the user indicated that:
- he tried with a Galaxy S10e which is plenty powerful, and with multiple Android Auto devices (Pioneer DMH-1770NEX and Kenwood DMX709S) both of which are relatively recent models
- other apps don't exhibit this issue with the same phone/devices

I tested with a Pixel 5a and Android Auto emulation and was able to replicate a variant of the issue as follows:
1 Initiate MMA playback in AA
2 Switch to Google Maps and initiate navigation
3 Disconnect the phone / Close Android Auto
4 Wait 4 hours
5 Connect the phone and Launch Android Auto
--> It launches in Google Maps
6 Switch to the 'Split view' (the icon in the lower left corner that splits the display between Maps/Audio Player/etc windows.
--> MMA appears in the Player window with a blue hourglass, blurred artwork, With 'Play' text (presumably because Android Auto does not have access to the current 'Playing list' that's loaded into MMA)!
7 Tap 'Play'
--> MMA initiates playback of a _new_ set of tracks (evidenced by the fact that the previously played track has been removed from the Playing queue--I want to retest this though to be certain--it may have just trimmed all tracks prior to the current track)!

This leads me to believe that the root issue is that AA loses access to the MMA Playing Queue if it is connected after a certain amount of time (4hrs ?) has elapsed since MMA was last run.
