| Description | Now that the iPod driver and iRiver drivers are mostly done, it would probably make sense to publish the first version of an SDK that would allow third parties to complete a synchronization plugin. I've stated this as 'urgent' on the assumption that not much work is involved. Please comment on whether you think this makes sense. | ||||

I plan to do so when also non-Mass storage devices are supported, i.e. that it will probably be done at the moment when MM 2.5 is released. |

Since we have WMDM plug-in now, there's quite a little need for third-party plug-ins now. So instead of working on documentation for this SDK, I'd rather work directly with developers that would eventually need to create special plug-ins for MM. |
