Summary	0018336: Conversation: Error dialog do not have Save to Playlist option
Description	Error result dialog do not have Save to Playlist option. Name Of Playlist should be "<DATE> <Feature that showed error dialog>" eg. "2021-09-23 Conversion" I would personally put such playlist as sub tree nodes of "Files to edit -> Error Logs", but most quickly solution would be to Create "Error logs" playlist and add them as sub playlists.

This works better for files not in library (otherwise it would require the files not in library to be auto-added to a playlist which might be undesirable). Additionaly you can save also the error text this way. Aletrnatively we could add ability to save to M3U file.
