Summary	0001519: File Monitor Startup Scan should not run if > 1 instance of MM is running
Description	Currently, if the user launches multiple instances of MediaMonkey, a startup scan occurs each time an additional instance is run. This doesn't make sense, since if the file monitor is running on the first instance of MM, there's no reason to initiate a startup scan for any other instances of the application.

jiri 2006-03-09 16:15 administrator ~0007041	It's not that easy, the other instance could be running on another database. Also, even if it doesn't, it's quite an uncommon issue and so I'd keep it as is.
