To clarify the problem is actually when double-clicking the _title_ bar:
If MM is windowed, double-click causes the window to Maximize and then return to the windowed state (instead of just maximizing). If MM is already maximized, then double-click causes it to switch to a smaller window and then back to maximized state (instead of just switching to a smaller window).

The problem is only with 'borderless skins' e.g. it occurs with Material Design skin but not with Monkey Groove skin.

For me, it works as expected - double-click on title bar switches between windowed and maximized state (and is not returning immediately back). Tested on both, bordered and border-less skins.

I've uploaded a debug log generated with the custom build in which I double-clicked the title bar 3 times and this bug occurred each time.
