Summary0014215: If track is deleted in NP, the next track plays twice
DescriptionThis is a longstanding bug that occurs as follows:
1) In NP, remove the track that currently appears in the MiniPlayer (i.e. the one that will play if the user presses Play in the miniplayer).
2) Press Play
--> The next track plays 2x and the following tracks play normally!

Note:
- The bug occurs whether bluetooth is used or not
- The bug occurs whether the track is deleted while it is playing/paused/stopped

Tested 706 and the regression remains. Repro steps:

1) In NP (list), play track 2 and press pause
2) In NP (list), delete track 2 from the device (i.e. delete the track that appears in the miniplayer).
3) Press Play in the miniplayer
--> Track 3 plays 2x and the following tracks play normally!
