What do you mean "resuming Sync"?
This issue was just about updating text message.

I meant that now that we have "End Wi-Fi sync if less than 10% battery remains" There should be a way to resume sync when device is plugged in or when new sync is initiated. I was asking is there a bug assigned for this cases as if sync ends on 2/3 of 10k sync due the 10% of battery there should be a way to resume sync on connection and not sync all the tracks again?

Assign to Rusty for revision if needed.

If the user wants to resume sync, they can just press 'sync' after clearing memory.

btw, did you test that playlists / track entries get synced? i.e. if sync ends early, playlists/metadata should be correct for whatever tracks were synced.
