Summary	0007663: Bottom border of window frame shouldn't appear when MM is maximized
Description	In XP when MM main window is maximized, the bottom border of window frame is displayed, but this is not default behavior in any application. Expected appearence in this case is only titlebar + client area of window. When MM is run under Aero, this bottom border isn't shown either, so only XP mode needs to be changed.
