Summary	0006660: Bomb Rating uses non-standard POPM value
Description	MediaMonkey uses non-standard POPM value for compatibility with WMP/Windows Explorer, but this causes issues when importing tracks from jRiver. Unrated tracks from jRiver showup as bomb rated tracks in MediaMonkey. If issue can't be resolved documentation should be added to the Knowledge Base on what POPM values translated to what rating values in MediaMonkey.
