This is a bug in the Glided skin. It doesn't have different states for when MM is in focus vs not in focus. Ideally it should be resolved prior to release. Raising to 'immediate' since it should be easy to fix.

You've misunderstood. It's not the titlebar in MediaMonkey who doesn't get changed (it isn't supposed to either), but the maximized state of MediaMonkey doesn't get recognized by Aero in Vista. Therefor the taskbar (not MediaMonkey) doesn't get changed from semi-transparent to opaque (?) when MediaMonkey get's maximized. Any other Vista-compatible program triger this behaviour.

Assigning to Rusty to verify, and thereafter assign to Petr.

Tried again in 1196 and this isn't working yet.
