Summary	0002526: Wheel Mouse works backwards in some cases
Description	Clarification from users has generated repro steps: 1) Control Panel > Mouse > Wheel > enable '(o) One screen at a time' (instead of 'x lines at a time') 2) Open MM and use the wheel mouse to scroll the tree or tracklist -->Moving the wheel down causes the tree/list to move up Note: changing to 'x lines at a time' eliminates the problem.

petr 2006-07-05 19:08 developer ~0007407	solved ... it works now. It's not a Delphi problem, because SystemParametersInfo gives -1, when one screen at the time is selected (it gives the system).
