| Description | As described at: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6487 , numerous users have reported that the burn speed indicator sometimes blanks out and in those cases, burns fail. I have never observed this or been able to reproduce this. If you don't see a problem, please let me know and I will try to solicit more information. From the report: "I noticed that when I select the burn speed (from the drop down list) it stays selected for 2-3 seconds then the field becomes blank again. If I hit the burn button before the speed setting disappears the burning proceeds. If I hit the burn button after the speed setting disappears the burn dialog ends and nothing happens (neither burn nor error message)." | ||||

I have added some related bugs, where I'm solving this problems, but this problem has never occured on my computer! I can't reproduce, but there are some hopefully fixes in code called by timer (described 2-3 sec. gap), the timer is used for update information of inserted media. Fixed in bug 1967 (for more info). Note: If Burn settings page is totaly blank in case of no writable drive is present, see related bug 0002197. |

As I saw the code, this should have been fixed (if no earlier, than in build 919). |

I haven't reproduced this, but user comments in the forum indicate that it's been resolved. |
