Summary0002124: Can't delete tracks from Creative Zen Touch
DescriptionWhenever I try to delete a track via e.g. the 'All Content' or 'Artist' node on the Zen Touch (using stock firmware) in MM, it doesn't seem to work, although this does work in Windows Explorer or Nomad Explorer.

What occurs is that the track appears to be deleted, however, upon refreshing the node, the track re-appears.

A log is posted to the ftp server. I have not tested this with the new firmware, though I have tested it on the creative sleek and it doesn't occur.

The new firmware may solve this bug, however, I expect that there is still a bug here since it works correctly in WMP. Assigning to Jiri for review since WMP does work correctly.

Added MMLog.txt file to the ftp server. It is based on the device as it is when it is shipped from the factory (although I did use it for testing a few things so there might be a few remaining artifacts).

Tested in build 910, and though deletion seems to work now, I found 2 major problems:

1) When I delete tracks from the device, leave the node in question and return to it (in order to trigger a refresh), the track still appears. However, when I disconnect the device, I can see on the device that the track has in fact been deleted (and this is confirmed when I reconnect the device). So this is a refresh problem--it seems impossible to refresh what's actually on the device.

2) I'm not sure whether this is a separate problem or related to the above, but after deleting tracks and then trying to play them back on the device, it seems that they can't play in the correct order. I probably need more investigation on this but am mentioning it just in case...

3) 'Year' and 'Rating' metadata do not appear on the device.

Fixed in build 911.
1-2) Seems to be a FW bug to me (I had similar observations with Zen Micro).
 3) Year should be fixed in build 911, Rating is either unsupported or a FW bug, I think it's correctly implemented in MM.

Verified that item 3 is fixed in build 912.

I still want to test items 1 and 2 on WMP. I also noticed that although playlists sync correctly to the Zen Sleek, they aren't visible from within MM.
