Summary0020097: Better handling of known file issues and format fixes
DescriptionThis bug tries to address Format bugs which prevent users to play/manage/sync their files and also tracks known and unknown issues to improve over user satisfaction and quality of Media user own.

We fix the issues per report on reported platform, but in some cases such files synced to other devices or played on other platforms (MM or not) can trigger same issue which needs to be fixed also on MMA or during sync (if fixable without compromising quality) so that they do not trigger issue.

I would suggest that we add additional column to DB to track such issues (Unique ID) and when fix gets available it updated to track info so that MM knows how to handle such files and allow user to filter them based on issue and do a batch fix.

Some such issues in past:
- ID3 Tag in FLAC Files
- AAC/M4P/M4B had M4A extension
- Bad Format header
- File did not contained header
- Corrupted Metadata
- Corrupted Audio (0020095)
- Album art too big
- Track contain Artifacts on Start/End

Each Fixed problem would be assigned by ID and DB would be updated with ID (If non destructive permanent fix is applied it would clear ID), each time format plugin encounter error it would flag the file so that user can easily send that file to us as it would be seen in debug logs.

Reason why I am suggesting this is to Automate reporting process and allow us to respond more quickly on raised issues across apps and platforms.
