DescriptionAs CTRL+ALT+DEL is System/Kernel overide and requires Full Administrator access (eg. run as Administrator)

We should create KB Article that contain explanation for user on how to enable/disable this feature and revert back to Windows default states.
Additional InformationAdd the KB article as described in the note above describing:

1) Aututomatically handled with MMW by adding PreventAltCtrlDel=1 under INI section [PartyMode]

2) Manual Enable/Disable:

DisableLockWorkstation = 1
DisableChangePassword = 1
DisableTaskMgr = 1
