DescriptionIn case that M4V file have extension of M4a it is not played correctly and seek is not possible.

Retested and seeking is not possible even file play correctly when played from start and renamed to m4v

Michal confirmed that Firefox and WMP do not play/seek example, but VLC and AIMP (based on Bass engine) plays it without problems.

The problem is in WM layer - Windows AAC codec cannot seek properly in this file for some unknown reason (this is why WMP also cannot seek). We probably cannot detect this problem in advance. The solution is to use other decoder - QuickTime (so QT has to be installed) or f_aac_codec. To force MM4 use other decoder, user has to remove/rename in_mfaudio.dll plugin too, so it is not used for decoding. Peke, please write KB about this.
