Summary	0011479: ISDBApplicationEvents::OnPlaylistReading event handler needed
Description	Let say that my script has created one or more static playlists that I want to update whenever an user or program itself access to it, e.g. when user clicks on its corresponding node in the tree, or if playlist is selected for some automatic operation: synchronization, auto-dj, burning CDs, ... Now, let say that those playlists contain files that dynamically depend of some criteria, e.g. playlist should contain the last 20 played files or something like that. So, it would be nice if my script could get a notification when those playlists need to be updated. If you implement this suggestion it could partially resolve my other request related to synchronization (http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=6724), but it will be more general since it could be used for other automatic operations (auto-dj, burning CDs) as well.
