| Description | Users are unable to manage subscriptions if Podcast collection is disabled eg. User can subscribe and update podcasts using EDIT -> PODCASTS but subscribed Podcasts can't be managed. Simplest solution would be to add additional menu options to EDIT -> PODCASTS in order to be same as podcasts collection. a) Solution: ---- Subscriptions (List all Subscribed podcasts) Unplayed (List all downloaded, but unplayed episodes) Unsubscribed (Podcasts that do not have Subscription URL and/or unsubscribed) ---- Subscribe to new podcast Update All Podcasts Export subscribed podcasts... ---- b) Solution: ---- Podcast Subscriptions (List all Subscribed podcasts and show tabs like when you click on Podcasts root collection |Subscriptions |Unplayed |Unsubscribed |Genres |Podcast directories |Unsubscribed |Location |Files to edit |) Subscribe to new podcast Update All Podcasts ---- Export subscribed podcasts... ---- NOTE: I would prefer b) Solution as simplest | ||||

I think that simplest solution is to re-enable Podcast collection ;-) |

Ok, I added 'Subscriptions' sub-menu to Edit > Podcasts The submenu is visible whenever there is at least one podcast subscribed. |

Does it show when there is Podcast episodes, that are not subscribed eg. old episodes with no subscription URL or downloaded Podcast series ir tagged Podcast on Scan? |

Tested in 2506 and even it shows subscription it would be expected to show root view of podcast tree node as it will allow user to manage podcasts even podcast tree node is not available and will consistent with Podcast tree node. bug18302_current.png (34,021 bytes) bug18302_expected.png (40,431 bytes) |
