Summary	0016184: Improve capitalization editing/cleanup
Description	Users have requested improved ability to manage capitalization beyond the basics included in the case checker script. MS Word offers Shift + F3 to cycle through capitalization options for selected check, this would be nice in MediaMonkey too: 1) all lower case 2) all upper case 3) sentence case 4) each word start with upper case This would be useful for individual edits, however, users have also requested: - the ability to apply such edits en mass and choose which tracks to apply it to - the ability to choose which fields to apply the edits to - the ability to make exceptions re. which words should be capitalized (e.g. not 'the, of, a, etc.) TBD
