| Description | When doing a clean install on a system with high CPU/Disk load, a dialog briefly appears indicating that the database will be updated to the latest version. This occurs because the logic for the message is that the update message appears after 3s of DB creation activity. This shouldn't happen on initial DB creation. | ||||
