I cannot replicate the issue, tested also 1483 and iPhone 3G and iTouch 4 and MediaMonkey always prompted me to delete both tracks and playlist.

i.e.
1. Focused an iPhone's playlist in MediaMonkey interface and pressed DEL key.
2. Dialog appears "Are you sure you want to remove X files from the device Ludek's iPhone?", I clicked yes.
3. Immediatelly the next dialog appears: "Are you sure you want to remove this playlist?", clicked yes.

Checked the content in the iPhone and the tracks and the playlist are missing (as expected).

I maybe see what you think, I have just noticed that the issue is that the tracks are not removed from MM interface, but only physically from iPhone. So in MediaMonkey it looks like they wouldn't be deleted.
Workaround is to hit F5.

Is this the bug?
