Summary0008615: Option to disable DLNA playcounts
DescriptionAs described in 0007837, play count over DLNA are often inaccurate because many clients will buffer the entire file and appear to play it even if the user stopped it after 1s.

A proposed solution would be to add an option to disable the play counter to the DLNA / UPnP server config. e.g. On the MediaSharing > UPnP/DLNA Server tab (i.e. on a per server basis), add:
 '[x] Enable Play Counter'

We should document the limitations of this play counter. i.e. the fact that a 'play' occurs as soon as the track is downloaded, since MMW has no way of knowing whether it actually played.
