| Description | User raised ticket OVO-362625 in eSupport claiming that when he converts a particular WAV track to mp3 format, there is static added to the beginning of the converted file. When I downloaded the sample WAV track, it would not play in MM and also I could not convert the file to any format resulting in error "Cannot decode the file, may be to DRM restrictions".
