Summary0008469: Trial codec pack upgrade workflow is confusing
DescriptionIf the user attempts to encode using the MediaMonkey Codec Pack, and the codec pack has expired, the following message appears:

When the Due to licensing restrictions, the trial version of the %s is limited to a 30-day trial period. For unrestricted using please upgrade. Do you wish to upgrade?
[Yes] [No]

There are a couple of problems:
1) The message appears multiple times--once for each codec. e.g. when attempting to encode a movie it appeared 3-times, once for each of AAC Encoder, AAC Encoder, and H.264 Encoder. Instead it should just appear once, and in cases where multiple codecs are affected, it should just display the Video codec first.

2) Clicking 'Yes' failed to open a valid web page. A redirect is required:
http://www.mediamonkey.com/downloadcodecpack --> http://www.mediamonkey.com/addons/browse/item/mediamonkey-codec-pack/

3) Clicking 'Yes' or 'No' --> another warning dialog 'MediaMonkey is unable to encode this format [Cancel] [Find missing codec]'. The second dialog shouldn't appear as it's redundant.

4) There's a slight typo in the message: ...For unrestricted using please upgrade... --> ...For unrestricted use please upgrade...
This should be deferred though, if fixing it will cause translated strings to not appear.

Note: item 2 has been fixed.
