DescriptionIf the user tries to edit track properties within the Properties dialog, standard windows CTRL+Arrow shortcut doesn't work.

It works fine for me.

1. Selected a track
2. Opened Propertes->Basic tab
3. Selected a text box
4. Pressed CTRL+right
=> skipped one word to the right

What are your steps? Could you catch a video?

I believe you mean 1427 (not 1297)

I couldn't reproduce, because you defined Ctrl+Right as a hotkey, this is a regression caused by fix of 0008222 where hotkeys like Ctrl+P are expected to work when a dialog is opened while Ctrl+Right shouldn't work and should be used exclusively for editing/navigating.

Fixed in build 1428.
