Summary0007753: No way to switch tabs using keyboard.
Description1. We don't have any hotkey for switching tabs.

I think that we could make Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab hardcoded, there's no need to configure them.

2. A hotkey for Tab creation should be added. There's Ctrl+T listed in View menu, but it doesn't work. This one could be, but doesn't have to be configurable.

3. A hotkey for closing the active tab, Ctrl+F4 should be added. Again, it doesn't need to be configurable. Note that when pressed on the only remaining tab, it should close MM.

Rusty, please review and assign to Ludek then.

1 & 3 are fixed in build 1373.

Re 2: It doesn't work, because Ctrl+T is defined as hotkey for Auto-Tag from filename

2) Re. Auto-Tag from filename, we can change the default from CTRL-T to CTRL-Q (the only letters available to assign are DEGIJKMQ, I chose Q because it's adjacent to R which is used for auto-organize).

4) One other point:
Close current tab: CTRL-W should be added

This implies another change to existing shortcuts. Export to Playlist... is currently mapped to CTRL-W. It should be changed to CTRL-E (also: it should configurable via the hotkeys list--currently it's not listed there).

See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Table_of_keyboard_shortcuts

Isn't 4) the same as 3) ?
Why we should have two different shortcuts for the same action?

You're right. We should just use CTRL-W instead of CTRL-F4.

As discussed with Rusty over IM, we should add both, since they are both widely used standards.

In 1374
1) Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab work for switching tabs
2) Ctrl+T still opens Auto-Tag from Filename (bug)
   Ctrl+Q opens Auto-Tag from Filename
Auto-Tag from Filename is still listed in menus with Ctrl+T (bug)
3) Ctrl+F4 closes tab
4) Ctrl+W closes tab

In 1376 Ctrl+T
- Creates new tab when no file is selected
- Auto-Tag from Filename with file selected

Strange, 1376 should remove the old Ctrl+T hotkey from registry. Do you see any Ctrl+T hotkey for Auto-Tag from filename in Options -> Hotkeys ?

Tools: Auto-Tag from Filename has Ctrl+Q shown here as Hotkey. The problem seems to only occur in Now Playing (node/window)
