Summary0007662: Ignore Prefixes not enabled for DLNA
DescriptionMediaMonkey Server doesn't use Ignore Prefixes setting when sending Artist node to client.

It might be best if this was a separate option in the MediaServer's own options.

I think that it can be implemented without a new option, it should always be applied.

Verified in 1367, although I'd rather have had this as a separate setting per Media Server.
