We'll need to differentiate between autoconversions for UPnP and other types, since it requires streaming. In this case, formats where we don't support streaming yet shouldn't be offered.

In 1361 it allows setting conversion for Video, but offers no formats to convert to. If no video conversion is possible it should be removed all together until this a video format to convert to is supported.
My understanding is that the DLNA standard only supports MPEG-2 as streaming format, although MPEG-4 with AAC audio is gaining popularity.

MPEG-2 encoding probably will not be supported due to high license fees. Now it should allow conversion only to WMV/ASF, if it is in supported formats.

I can confirm that setting WMV as supported format does enable it. So the problem is that when neither WMV nor ASF are set as supported format that the user can still setup video conversion, but can't actually set it to convert to anything.

Fixed in build 1362. The dialog should be now more clear in case of no supported target format.

It's better, but I think a tooltip on the format input explaining why nothing is listed might help users to figure out why it's empty. (this dialog actually shows no tooltips at all).

Changing priority to High, so that new strings are added in MM 4.1 and assigning to Rusty to suggest wording.
