Summary0007246: Various Options panels have graphic artifacts (off by 2 pixels)
DescriptionIn skinned mode, the Tools > Options > Player > Input, Output, DSP, General, and Visualization panels have minor artifacts in skinned mode that cause images from behind MM to display at the top of the panel.

It's almost as if the dialog has a small gap through which the application in the background shows through.

In adition to the plugins dialogs, the same bug also occurs in the Collection Options dialog (within the Criteria tab).

 Re-opening. I tested further in 1358, and found out that although the bug doesn't initially appear in most panels, switching to certain panels can trigger the problem in other panels.

e.g.
1 Switch to Output Plugins panel
--> It appears to display correctly
2 Switch to the Hotkeys Panel
--> Scrollbar renders incorrectly (off by a couple of pixels) (see screencap at http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=55957&p=292343#p292341; note that similar artifacts appear when the list of Collections in the MediaTree trigger the appearance of a scroll bar).

3 Switch back to Output Plugins panel
--> Output plugins panel is now off by a couple of pixels as in the example attached to this bug.

Panels that seem to trigger the problem consistently include: General, OS Integration, Hotkeys, Performance, Playback Rules, Auto-Organize, Media Sharing, Appearance, Media Tree, Search, Skin.

Note: Tested with Win7 using Pulse and Glided.

Can't replicate.
As I described in http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=7643#c24556 it looks more like engine issue as it vanish on reopen.
