Peke, I just tested again on my machine and the only time I see a problem (but it isn't really a bug) is when there's a single folder containing multiple Album Art images (so mm doesn't know which image to associate with the track).

The other issue I noticed is that when there are multiple tracks from an album that is Unknown (the source directory is irrelevant), MM will only show the album art of the first track on the 'album' (it's not really an album because all tracks are unknown). Thus even when all the tracks but the first have AA, MM won't show it. But I don't consider that to be a bug either.

Can you test further and determine what exactly the bug is, and what repro-steps will always trigger the bug?

Had problems with making Video, but I uploaded screenshots of bug to FTP

Note: Folders do not contain any images

OK, I see. Multiple images are somehow being associated in the view--no idea why.

Assigning to Petr.

It seems that the problem occurs only when multiple AA jpg files are stored to a single folder. In that case, in AA view, each of the tracks are associated with all of the images in the folder (as might be expected) rather than using the same algorithm used when MM scans a folder.

But there are two other bugs which complicate things further, which we may want to fix:
1) Switching from image 1 to image 2 (by right-clicking on the artwork) causes image 1 to appear to be deleted
2) The Album Art properties in the Properties dialog don't match those that appear in the AA view.

Fixed item 1. [edit by Rusty: Tracked at 0006173]
As i thought about item 2, it could be a risk to fix it now.

In build 1371, Art view doesn't work _at_all_ in the My Computer nodes, failing in different ways depending on the number of tracks:

Steps:
1. Open MM.
2. Navigate to My Computer Tree subfolder > All
3. Enable 'Show Art' view
--> In a small folder, no album art displays
--> In a large folder, MM gets stuck 'Reading files...'

Should be fixed together with 7563. Retest in 1373, please.
