Mediafly doesn't seem to have an OPML feed so the only possibility probably is to add www.mediafly.com as a web node under PodcastsDirectories and user will need to click the RSS button in order to subscribe particular podcast in MediaMonkey and this could be seen as quite user unfriendly.

Re-opening to test this out. When I'd last looked at it, the user experience was quite good.

I have done a research and MediaFly.com can import OPML and can also export OPML, but only for registered users, see: http://forum.mediafly.com/topic.php?id=84
and there is no public OPML link that would include all the feeds listed and categorized like in case of www.digitalpodcast.com/opml/digitalpodcast.opml

Nevertheless I found another useful public OPML directory, see 0006197

Mediafly is no longer an option--they no longer expose RSS feeds via their API.
