| Description | Currently there is no mask to represent the file type for auto-organization purposes. I would personally like to have the TYPE or FILETYPE mask so that files can be organized by their extention. Ideally, all user selectable columns should also be available as file masks (current and any future). | ||||

Actually, it already exists, it's called <Extension> and is not documented. But I really think it should either be renamed to <Type> (or complemented with, not to break functionality) since that is consistent with its column name in the main window. |

We can safely rename it to Type, since it's stored as %E, it it won't break anything. Also, adding to auto-organize masks makes sense. |
