Summary0019088: Activating a Playing list view doesn't show the playing track in focus if it's off screen
DescriptionIf the Right Panel Playing list OR a Tab with the Playing [list view] aren't displayed, and the user advances tracks in the playing list beyond the edge of the Playing List had it been active, then enabling the Right Panel Playing list or the Tab with the Playing list will not display the currently playing track! e.g.

1 Initiate playback of a playlist with 100's of tracks
2 Click the 'Playing' node so that Playing [Listview] is active in the current tab
3 Close the right panel
4 Open another tab and perform various editing operation as 40+ tracks play (you can just click NEXT 40x)
5 Switch back to the Playing tab
--> The playing track doesn't display on the screen (the user must scroll to find the highlighted track)!
6 Enable the right panel
--> The playing track doesn't display on the screen (the user must scroll to find the highlighted track)!

Fixed in build 2627. From now on we always restore Playing lists scrolled to currently active track, not restoring last scrollbar position.
