| Description | 1) Scroll Wheel/Middle Mouse Button and CTRL+Click Open FMFS in New Tab would be very useful CURRENTLY there is no assigned CTRL+Click/Middle Mouse Click function assigned for Context Menu eg. doing that in FMFS do nothing. Note: Delivered from point 2. of bug 0016960 2) It also nice also to be available in the: a) Info Panel links b) Preview window links c) Playing window in Views with Links | ||||

I don't quite understand the usecase for 1) or 2c). 1) CTRL-Click normally controls selection. How would this work in the tracklist/browser without conflicting with selection actions? Similarly, scroll wheel click normally activates that scrollbar icon... 2) This could work for a) / b), but c) (playing list) would have the same problems as 1). Am I misunderstanding? |

1) there is two cases where CTRL+Click or Middle Click work steps are right click on track -> Find More from Same -> CTRL+CLICK or Middle click on "Artist: ??????" It will open New Tab with content of "Artist : ??????" There is no conflict of Selection as CTRL+CLICK is executed on Context Menu 2c) case 1: GRID Views do not have have Selection assigned on CTRL+CLICK eg. Albums (Grid by albums View) -> CTRL+CLICK on ALBUM name -> Open Album content what I ask is that it opens Album info in New TAB same goes for Middle click case 2: I stand corrected CTRL+CLICK in in LIST BY ALBUM works and opens new tab if YOu click on either Artist link or Album link in Summary column, but Middle click do not. Which means it is partially implemented. 3. Same thing applies for Playing album art view CTRL+CLICK opens New tab Artist/Album but Middle click do nothing. |
