Peke, I'm unable to replicate this on 2616. Can you:
a) provide repro steps (indicating what views/elements are relevant (the screencaps are too small to see, but regardless, repro steps would help))?
b) confirm whether it's skin specific?

a) there are no repro steps it occassionally happen on MM start when MM was browsed and view contain less tracks than height of track browser. (Even Screen caps are small horizontal scroll bar is seen rendered on the middle of screen and there is free space below). After it is rendered correctly thru workaround I am able to replicate again :( It happens very very random and very very rare.

b) it is not Skin dependent when it happen, but as soon as you change teh skin and MM5 Restarts it renders OK. So ATM no way to determine the cause of issue unfortunately.

Re-assigned to Michal to triage as it was reported in past, in order to pay attention when do similar rendering changes.

a) Found the way to replicate:
Steps 1:
1. Navigate Music -> Artist -> [ARTIST WITH 10-15 TRACKS, no related Artist and No albums] So that tracks do list half height of Track browser and have horizontal Bar Shown
2. Restart MM
3. Horizontal Bar is rendered after last track liek seen in supplied pictures.

Steps 2:
1. Navigate Music -> Artist -> [ARTIST WITH 1+ TRACKS] So that tracks do list half height of Track browser and have horizontal Bar Shown
2. In Browser View Disable Albums and Related Artists
3. Restart MM
4. Horizontal Bar is rendered after last track liek seen in supplied pictures.

So the issue is that in certain cases, the horizontal scrollbar appears midscreen rather than at the bottom of the screen. Those cases are when the user restarts MM in a (Artist or Album Artist) Browser view that has the List Element and Related Artists element active, and occurs only when both of the following are true:
- there are no 'Related Artists'
- there are few tracks elements.

Unless this inconsistency occurs in many other cases, it can probably be pushed.
