In the log I see that MM did not found iTunesMobileDevice.dll , this DLL is needed to load Apple Mobile Device Support.

It is by default placed in
'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\iTunesMobileDevice.dll'
OR
'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support\'

If the location is non-default then MediaMonkey reads the location from registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Apple Inc.\Apple Application Support\InstallDir
or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Apple Inc.\Apple Mobile Device Support\Shared\iTunesMobileDeviceDLL

Could you please search the user's computer for iTunesMobileDevice.dll and if it is not placed in the default locations then run RegEdit and check (or share) the regitry values above?

Requested info supplied by user in Ticket BCF-276-67528

Leyt me know if I would need another Remote session unless supplied logs are sufficient.

From the BCF-276-67528 it looks like the issue is resolved for the user?
Probably resolved in remote session?

Issue is not resolved on Windows 7 (his main MM PC), but second remote session we tried on WIN 10 and as expected it works.

He just agreed to sync with Win 10 while we fix Win 7
