Summary	0016648: Sync List / Sync Profile: improvements to UI for managing folders
Description	Initially tackled in 0016558 point 2. but as explained in 0016558:0057848 it belongs to separate bug. Currently User can't easily manage what folders will be synced or not and needs to use Apply button for each change which is time consuming and completely different that in other parts of MM UI. Point of change is to use proven good approach and familiar/recognizable UI to handle Device media folders. Issue 1: Un-selecting folder from list removes it completely and user needs manually to enter full paths again. Issue 2: User do not have control over Subfolders unless he enters them Manually eg. /download/Music/NEW, /Download/Podcasts/ Issue 3: On Each change user needs to apply settings go to different tree node and back to refresh view This bug address all three and unifies MM UI across MM features with familiar commands.

It's functionality that's rarely used, and even when it is used it's only used once for configuration (i.e. to Add the folder). Resolving won't fix. Please re-open if you think the decision is incorrect.
