DescriptionBased on description and behavior MMA is reporting "Skipping tracks (missing codec)" even tracks are playable in MMA if played thru system File Explorer and MMA is selected as Media APP.

I see this often when playing via Chromecast and playback stops. Restarting playback results in these types of errors as described in 0014264.

No relation to Chromecast issues. This issue occurs on Asus devices ASUS_Z012DA and ASUS_Z012DC (Zenfone 3) Media player is not able to play DocumentId uri on such devices, because IOException is throwen. We are limited with possibilities to workaround it. I have tried it to build 802, but I think it will fix some system update. I will be in touch with user.

An additional Option to force use other storage access maybe and store both paths in mmstore.db/storageinfo.xml?
