Summary0014147: Remove 'Show Links in File List' option
DescriptionThis 'Appearance' option seems to be rather outdated, I'd prefer to remove it altogether.

Instead, I'd probably make sense to make all relevant attributes hyperlinked (using such an option?), i.e. that when an Artist in the tracklist is hovered by mouse, it's underlined and after a click the Artist view is shown.

I think that the best possible approach to dealing with this is to include a 'buy' link in the Album Header / Artist header .

The downsides are that:
- purchase/fmfs links won't show up for users who've disabled those views.
- purchase/fmfs links won't show up in search/tracklist views (i.e. a user will have to search for a track, manually fmfs album/artist, and only then will the links show up

Ok, so I'd:

1. Remove the links in Tracklist (and the associated Options)
2. Show 'Purchase' buttons in Artist and Albums headers, but probably for the Online versions only.

Note that 0014325 should be tested to make sure that it was resolved by this fix.

Fixed in build 2076. Used existing menu in album/artist header now, for Online mode only.

No regressions in this design. Feels natural.
