Summary	0014078: No visual representation of Playlists containing subplaylists
Description	When a playlist/genre/artist contains multiple tracks, the associated node is represented by the albums associated with the tracks. However, when a Playlist contains subplaylists, MMA continues to just show the 'MediaMonkey' icon, implying that nothing is contained within. It would be preferable if Playlists containing subplaylists contained a 'playlist folder' or 'playlist' icon within to communicate that subplaylists are contained within.

Also, it might be better if there was some indication that it is a container e.g. see attached (though the attached isn't quite correct because it doesn't use the correct playlist icon).
