Summary0013867: New WMA encoder, used from Win10 build 1607, does not support progress and termination
DescriptionBecause the new WMA encoding works quite differently (encoding takes place in process and thread created internally by MF framework), our old progress with termination feature does not work for it. We should figure out, how to make it working for this encoder too.
