EDIT: no other apps have write access issue, also 1817 for some reason do not throw COM prompt, only difference I had seen is that Owner was from my old Windows 7. I changed it to current user now

I guess that the elevation was because a folder creation for the download destination. You can try to delete the download folder and re-try whether it still happens. Do you have debug log?

peke 2016-12-06 00:05 developer ~0046407	You are partially right, problem was the owner of parrent folder and inherit security settings. Once I changed owner of parent folder then MMW could create podcast folder without prompt.
