Summary0013385: SDcard Name shows garbled characters on Alcatel device
DescriptionIn some cases when SDCard have no Label Device presents its name in garbled characters.

Currently only workaround is to create new non empty Label for SD card on PC, but MMA should detect such Cases and assign more friendly name.

Tests are done on Alcatel Idol 3 android 6.0.1

Note: Peke indicated that this bug is specific to the Alcatel device and that it doesn't occur on other Android 6 devices.
