Summary0013242: Use MediaSessionCompat instead RemoteControlClientCompat also for older Android versions.
DescriptionThis mechanism was introduced for Lollipop+ devices, but due to support library is available for all version. We should unified this for all versions now.
Allows interaction with media controllers, volume keys, media buttons, and transport controls (bluetooh/lockscreen).
