Summary0012917: Google Maps and MediaMonkey notifications conflict
DescriptionOn certain versions of Android (I've been able to replicate on Android 4.4.2 on a Samsung tablet, but not on Nexus devices running Lollipop or Marshmallow), if navigation is in process in Google Maps while MediaMonkey is playing a track, then Google Maps and MediaMonkey icons continually try to occupy the first position in the notifications bar. i.e.:
- the maps and mma icons continually switch back and forth on the bar (e.g. every half second)
- if the maps and mma notifications switch up and down in the notifications window

Tested build 495. The continual exchange of the places/icons of MMA and Google Maps is resolved, however, there's still some sort of conflict though much less severe: now when Google Maps is actively providing directions, the MMA notification controls continually flash. This behavior stops once Google Maps isn't running or is running but isn't actively providing directions.

See attached images.

I can't replicate it, what android version are you using?
I think it's due to progressbar, which must be refreshed every second. So maybe when notification is not on first position, then collapse from big to smaller version, but it happends every second, so maybe this is reason why it's flashing(On some android versions).
Maybe we can make some option to disable progressbar in notification. What do you think?

Progress bar in notification is disabled by default, so is this issue persistent?

This is not occurring with MMA 1.2.0 and current version of Google maps on Android 4.4.2, 5, 6, or 7.
