Summary0012386: d_USBMass: Backward compatibility for users that used plugin in previous versions
DescriptionAdd setup sheet that will be capable to re-enable USBMass plugin on Next MMW startup.

As it will be removed from install separate MMIP should be made to control backward compatibility.

 I don't think that there is a need for a sheet, we can just make the MMIP including d_USBMass.dll, but I am not sure whether it is really needed, I would add it only if we found that some users still uses it

For now removing the plugin from the installer should be enough

There seems to already be a non-working download for this: http://www.mediamonkey.com/addons/browse/item/usb-mass-storage-devices/

It also seems needed for those who require to setup sync to things like network mapped drives.
