| Description | There are some reports where DeviceConfig.xml was not found on the server. Could you please check it? I have tried to simulate the issue with exactly same links, but all has gone OK. Note that on first attempt the user is asked to confirm dialog on MMW side, but this would rather end up with timeout and not HTTP 404. The only idea I have is that MMW stores the XML to temporary directory at first and then serves it from the temporary file. So the issue could be inaccessibility of temporary directory for the user. This issue was fixed in 4.1.2.1704 (0008058, 0012025). It would be useful to have contact or MMW log from the user. |

Well we don't have contact for the user. There are now three users without contact. I can see version of MMW of one of them - 4.1.4.1709 |
