Summary	0012084: Canceling 1 rip of CD ejects CD even when another rip of CD is happening
Description	2 separate rip jobs on the CD were started (each a subset of tracks on disc) and when the second rip job was canceled the CD was ejected resulting in many errors. 1) Additional rip jobs on same CD should be added to existing rip job 2) Canceling a rip job should not eject disc if another rip job is ongoing 3) When CD is ejected during rip a single error should be displayed that the rip can't continue due to no disc (it currently errors on each track that it can't be found).
