Summary	0011086: Add separate 'Playlists' node for Android devices connected via USB to MMW interface
Description	1. Connect an Android device over USB to PC 2. Run MMW 3. Go to <Device> node and you will see subnodes like ->Music ->Videos ->Audiobooks ->Podcasts ->Folders Although device playlists can be accessed by navigating to Folders -> Playlists folder, we should add new separate 'Playlists' node (like in case of iPods/iPhones) for devices with MMA installed. MMW downloads MMA's DB and can present all MMA playlists with their hierarchy (children playlists etc.)

When MMA is installed on the device then once '(Scanning...)' appendix disappears, the new 'Playlists' node is added with the MMA playlists and its hierarchy. If there are no playlists in MMA, then the node doesn't show.
