Summary0011065: Device name chars are sometimes encoded incorrectly
DescriptionI could not replicate this, but Marek can, for his Galaxy S2 the device name includes broken characters, see attached image.

They are in UTF-8 encoded form for some reason

Further analyze shown that this happens once MMA sends modified device settings XML to MMW.
MMW forgets to convert it from UTF-8
